职位描述:

本职位为公司总经理提供助理工作服务，协助总经理做好公司全方面的管理，主要工作内容如下：

1.协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理，协调内部各部门关系
2.配合处理外部公关，参与公司大型公关活动的策划，安排，组织工作

3.协助起草总经理日常公文，报告等相关文书资料
4.协助接待来访的客人，及对外沟通联络工作
5.负责处理总经理临时交办的其他工作

任职要求:

1.全日制本科以上学历，英语六级以上，英文读写流利，与外商交流无障碍，有海外留学及工作经验者尤佳！营销、工商管理、财经类相关专业，35岁以下
2.3年以上工作经验，有销售或市场类从业经验，具有体育用品行业相关岗位工作经验者优先
3.有较好的文字功底，能够熟练使用办公软件
4.形象气质佳，善于人沟通，具备较强的组织，协调，沟通能力
5.能严守机密，恪尽职守，吃苦耐劳，忠实守信，具有团队精神。

Job description:

The position is Assistant of GM, to support the General Manager to handle all management issue, details as below:

1. support the General Manager to operation the comany with all departments, coordinate the internal departments
2. Support on dealing the public relationship, and attending to organize/plan/arrange the heavy section public relationship activity
3. support the General Manger to draft the daily reports, documents and so on.
4. assist to receipt the customers and connection and communicate to outside
5. in charge of the other issues from General Manger

requiements：
1. above undergraduate, CET- 6, fluent in both written and oral English, Overseas study and work experience is preferred!
marketing, business management and finance and related major, under 35years old）
2. above 3years working experience, with sales or marketing experience, Sports products related experience is preferred
3. with better writing skill, familiar with office software
4. good figure, good at communictaion, organization, coordination
5. hold out on the secret, can work under great press, with team work spirit
