Job Responsibilities:

1. Applies good understanding and knowledge of system implementation strategies, sensitivities and priorities, inter-relationships of organizational elements in order to support decision makers in ensuring the alignment of IT to business needs

2. Engage other teams to devise and recommend with direct impact on an application system

3. Engage with operation to rationalize on system architecture design for medium to long-term sector level release initiatives

4. Provide leadership/support in the project management to ensure end to end, on target delivery from operational & technical perspective

5. Work with Operation manager and project Core Teams to control quality implementations

6. Consolidate and develop the overall project or defect solving schedule and plan

Job Requirements:

1. At least 4-6 years'technical experience in project development and implementation for a broad range of system areas in the banking and finance sector or relevant industry, with a proven track record

2. Versatile and able to handle UNIX, Oracle and C/Java system processing knowledge of all job areas within a function or practical experience in several functional areas

3. Excellent communication skills, with the capability of interacting effectively with senior stakeholders and all staff levels across the organization and with Group

4. Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

5. Experience in system utilities as job scheduling, version control and defect management, local regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
