职位描述
主要职责是：
1. 负责整体Microsoft Dynamics AX2012系统的策划及实施，技术开发，Microsoft Dynamics AX搭设架构等工作；有Microsoft Dynamics AX开发经验的优先；
2. 负责依据行业和管理经验以及ERP产品的特点将客户需求在ERP系统中实现出来；
3. 负责按照公司标准,进行系统流程/培训文档，培训教材的准备，对用户进行必要的系统培训，具有一定系统演示能力；
4. 收集与分析用户的业务和技术需求和目标，需求差异分析和建议；
5. 系统配置，测试，安装，部署和后期系统上线维护支持。
职位要求：
1. 精通SQL Server数据库管理、性能调优、故障诊断、数据库开发（有微软认证者优先）
2. 对零售行业流程、ERP软件有丰富的实施和管理经验；
3. 具备商业软件（ERP，POS，CRM）的功能良好的知识；
4. 有ERP支持和实施ERP解决方案和应用经验；
5. 熟练使用Project/Visio应用程序；
6. 熟悉数据库/Reporting Service使用（具备MS SQL服务器，MySQL，Oracle知识）
一般要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理与信息系统等相关专业；
2. 熟悉国内或者国际的ERP软件产品，具有一定项目管理经验；
3. 具有Microsoft Dynamics AX 资格证书和软件实施的丰富经验优先，负责实施过AX项目经验；
4. 对零售行业有一定了解和对企业管理的整体认识； 懂得零售业的流程和基础知识；
5. 具有较强的人际沟通能力与团队协作精神，能吃苦耐劳，较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通和表达能力，良好的英语口语和书面英语；
6. 具备分析能力和对细节的关注。
