Job Description

Responsible for the collection of data and preparation/consolidation of management reports for weekly and monthly actual results, Rolling forecst and Commitment for the reporting units of DASH. This would include (but not limited to).

1、Assist to prepare regular management reporting packages. Collect and review the analysis on the financial results the reporting units for Actual, Rolling Forecast and Commitment. All reports in accordance with set guidelines and procedures.
2、Prepare monthly budget follow-up reports for management team.
3、Assist to prepare Capex investment planning and rolling forecast.
4、Participate in annual budget cycle, rolling forecasting and periodical re-forecasting of budget.
5、Ensure that the data collected and reports prepared are properly backed up and filed.
6、Assist in the preparation of reports for ad hoc requests.


Requirement:

1、Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting, “big 4” experience is a plus.
2、Above 2-4 years working experiences in Finance area including 2 years in FP&A functions.
3、Skilled in proficiently using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, an Excel power user and have database management skills
4、Good English both in written and oral.
5、Good communication skill, multi-task handling.
6、Diligent, hardworking, self-motivation.
