职位描述
受欧洲某大型跨国化工企业委托,现招聘:
产品工程师--最终表面处理（SF）
Key activities:
1) Communication with customers and internal colleagues
a. With customer / exchange information by:
Offer permanent help to open the communication channel to allow customer information real timely feed back.
Clarify the needs and guide customer toward our services that will lead to meet their needs
b. Internally:
While in Customer must work tightly with the process engineer in charge of customer.
Feed back received information on timely to his supervisor and suggest the necessary actions items accordingly. (By telephone and report)
2) Frequently audit and continuously optimize the processes to ensure customer smooth production. Initiate warnings or suggestions when it is necessary. Frequently organize meetings internally to make action plans for improvements. Do it without having to be asked.
3) Make consumption analysis and conduct consumption reduction to ensure the product profit
4) Start up the new product line or new process installation.
5) Offer product training to the customer and colleagues.
6) Always plan his activities and keep his supervisor informed.
7) Team work and keep learning
Expected years of experience:
Ø Have good experience for the ENIG or immersion tin process, directly charge the technical issue of the ENIG immersion tin process at least 2 years
Ø At least 5 years work experience in the PCB plant
Ø Have good English skill
Ø Like to travel in different place
Educational Qualifications:
？？Major: chemistry or relative major, at least bachelor degree
