职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Develops digital strategy/solution and be in charge of digital-relevant programs, including social media, online media, video marketing, mobile marketing, etc.
2. Provides clients with tailored digital strategy based on deep understanding of the characteristic of each digital channel and consumer behaviors.
3. Builds up digital strategy team internally and manages media channels/vendors externally.
4. Coordinate resources effectively to facilitate the implementation of digital programs.
5. Integrate digital strategy with existing CRM-related solutions and keep tracking results to measure business efficiency of digital actions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, preferably in marketing or new media related majors.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in digital strategy field.
3. Rich experience in effective digital strategy development & implementation in China market.
4. Excellent business understanding, industry knowledge in Retailing or FMCG is preferred.
5. Creative & insightful, be able to drive innovative strategies and ideas.
6. Have outstanding communication skills and problem-solving skills.
