Customer Service Assistant (CSA) 客服助理

We are a leading tableware trading group with offices and manufacturing facilities located in China and overseas. We are now seeking candidates for the role of Customer Service Assistant in the Sales and Marketing Department of our Export Business.

Responsibilities 岗位职责:

· Support the sales team in the pre- and post-sales activities, including preparing proposals and quotations, arranging samples, order processing, logistical arrangement, ensuring proper delivery to destinations

· Manage and handle pre- and post-sales inquiries from clients and prospective clients

· Support the sales team in organizing and implementing marketing events, exhibition and promotion activities

· Organize and generate sales and marketing reports and analyses

· Update and maintain client information and inquiries

· 帮助销售团队执行售前与售后的销售活动

· 为客户提供各类与产品和订单相关的资讯

· 帮助销售团队策划和落实各种展览和销售及推广活动

· 整理销售数据

· 管理客户资讯和资料库

Requirements岗位要求:

· Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline

· Experience in handling customers enquiries and customer service is an advantage

· Must be articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CET-4)

· Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills

· Creative, mature, enthusiastic, committed and eager to learn

· 拥有大专或大学学历，商业或相关专业

· 有客服工作经验者优先考虑

· 英语熟练，达CET-4

· 沟通能力强

· 成熟，有创意，主动和学习态度良好
