职位描述
岗位职责：
1、配合主管制订试验方案，完成新产品的研发；
2、具体执行项目的研发实验，包括计划安排及实验操作，收集数据并撰写实验报告，为项目提供技术解决方案；
3、实时掌握与公司经营产品相关的国内外技术动态，提出行业发展趋势报告和建议；
4、能和实验室其他技术人员进行良好的沟通与合作，完成公司交给的其他研发任务；
5、善于独立思考并提出建设性意见。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，高分子专业优先；
2、熟悉高分子乳液聚合；
3、有1年以上工作经验；
4、会独立思考且有较强的动手能力。
