职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To support the Business Plan and Operating Model to provide our Trainers with the tools to train managers and staff.
2. Provide specialist Leadership training to Managers across the business.
3. Support team to deliver service and /or manage other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgments.
4. Analysing training needs and developing training plans and solutions.
5. Reviewing the effectiveness of training to deliver the business plan and Operating Model.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years practical experience in training works, of which 2 years at Supervisor level in retail industry.
3. Ability to analyses training needs with related managers.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
5. Fluent in English & computer literacy.
