岗位职责：

及时处理当日接收的内外部客户通过电话、邮件、传真和订货系统下的订单
Take the customer’s and internal orders from inbound call, email, fax and ordering system in the same day when received.
准确高效的在ERP系统中完成订单的处理
Complete the orders in ERP system correctly and effectively.
答复客户对于产品和服务的一般性咨询
Responding to customer inquiries on products & general information.
跟踪订单处理过程，保证订单正常发货；推动客户直接向客服中心下单并根据客户需求追踪特殊订单情况
Responding to customer inquiries, perform order-entry following department and company SOP.
Push customer delivery to CSC directly and track special order as customer requirement
负责向团队主管报告呼入组的工作
Responsible for reporting any inbound call team works to the team supervisor.　
协助上级临时交办的其他工作
Assist other tasks assigned from time to time

大专及以上理工科背景学历
College, Polytechnic background
1以上工作经验
>1 years working experience
普通话标准
Standard mandarin speaker
较强的计算机应用能力
