Client is a global IT outsourcing company， provide Business Processing Outsourcing, Systems Development & Support, Infrastructure Solutions, Project Management and Testing services for Investment Banks.

Technical Support Team Leader(SQL,UNIX/Linux)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the team’s effectiveness of delivering 24*5 (hours/week) quality and timely service to the supported applications.
Participate in conference calls with internal & external clients.
Ensure the team’s adherance to all company process (e.g. Compliance requirements).
Initiate and implement continuous improvements to the quality productivity of service we provide.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of the team’s SLA and KPIs.

Mandatory Skills：
More than 8ys' work experience.Excellent English skills in both oral and writing， fluent oral English is required(5ys+).
Understand and be confident working in Unix/Linux environment(4ys+). .
Understand database principles(SQL Server/ORACLE), capable of forming basic database queries(4ys+).

Self-motivation, could work under pressure.Excellent coordination skills.Good team player.
Understanding of core banking business is prefered.
High, client support role requires contacting client via both email and telephone for discussing and/or reporting purposes.
