Main Responsibility Areas:
- Overall test responsibility of assigned entities (e.g. features)

- Plan and execute test items in own area

- Participate test work effort estimation and deliverable review in own area

- Support and guide own team’s external interfaces

- Perform system level problem isolation (i.e. Apply knowledge and experience to determine problematic
component)

- Give input to continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

- Strong S/W Testing knowledge and experience including Manual Test and Test Automation (e.g. Robot
framework)

- Deep understanding on the focus of each level testing/SVN knowledge and experience
- Good Agile and Iterative S/W development experience

- Strong system level troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Good Knowledge of script languages, like Perl or Python script

- Telecommunication and network management (e.g. TMN, SNMP, Web Service) knowledge is a plus
- (A)TDD and S/W programming experience is a plus

- Fluent spoken and written English skill

- Master (4+ years’ experience) or Bachelor (5+ years’ experience) degree in S/W engineering,
Computer science or Telecommunication (exceptional case can be 3+/4+)
