Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain clients relationship
Work closely with relevant product category teams to propose and gain business
Work closely with relevant product category teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Establish short and long term business / product plan to guide Sourcing
Provide feedback to Sourcing and Business Unit teams on customers' requirements and comment for improvement
Share with Sourcing and Business Unit heads on the responsible territories' business strategy/plan, product information, and market trends and intelligences
Formalize business objective documentations to Business Unit for developing the proposal and bidding
Prepare product proposals for customers and make sales presentations to potential clients.
Share market intelligence with other business functions
Requirements:
Min. 3-5 years experience in the function of Merchandising, Trading, Sourcing, Buying or Sales in Office Supplies or Furniture or Consumer Electronics.
Familiar with International market is a must.
Strong sense of urgency and customer focus.
Strong presentation skills.
Must be an aggressive negotiator with strong vendor and customer relations skills.
Bachelor's degree required; Education experience and degrees from Europe is highly desirable.
Fluent in English or German or Dutch or French or Spanish
Willing to travel to worldwide semi-regularly
