Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze drawings/manufacturing plan and translate design requirement to manufacturing CTQs and Create manufacturing process steps to meeting the CTQs with risk control.
Select the right cutting tools and parameters for each features to be machined and create CNC tool paths for related turning, milling/boring and drilling operations.
Create tools and tool list in TDM .
Use Vericut to verify CNC paths before release for machining.
Manage CNC document in DNC system.
Quick Identify and Solve issues on CNC program, cutting tools, control system and etc. during manufacturing.
Set up standard works for each operation and Keep update process steps, tools and programs to achieve. continuous improvement on Safety, quality and productivity.
Perform error proof methodology in programing.


Qualifications Required:
A deep understanding of mfg process capabilities and a broad knowledge of conventional machining technology.
Knowledgeable of the state of art for machine tools, cutting tools, Siemens and Fanuc Control system and CNC programing in UG environment.
Expertis on UG 3 D Modeling for programing .
Ability to provide Coaches and mentors to others on their technical development.
University Degree.
5+ years Manufacturing/CNC programing experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with shopfloor
