This position based in China, is responsible for overseeing the entire financial function of the division. Responsibilities include financial plans and policies, accounting practices and procedures, and the organization's relationship with financial communities both internal and external.
Responsibilities

- Direct and manage the accounting function, develop and maintain policies, procedures and budgetary controls.

- Develop and recommends budget. Authorize expenditures in accordance with budget. Approve budget and expenses of subordinates.

-Manage the processes of economic/finance planning and control in line with the accounting principles defined by the company and in compliance to country law and regulation

- Cooperate in the formulation of the long-term company plan, by performing required financial analysis and relevant planning

-Coordinate and optimize the annual budget process and periodical economical and financial reports, monitoring business progress

-Manage activities related to accounting, balance preparation, proper management of the cash flow and tax strategy analyzing the main KPIs

- Ensure correct recording of all the administrative facts as well as correct filing of documents to achieve high reliability of the financial data

- Guarantee the definition and implementation of administrative methodologies in order to adjust and improve administration & control system.

Requirements

? University degree in economics, Finance, business management, or equivalent

? At least 5 years management experiences in multinational companies.
. Certificated Public Accountant is preferred and the cooperation experience with big four accounting firms is preferred.

? Good working knowledge of accounting and/or held a previous accounting system

? Good Financial planning and analysis skills

? Proven track records in finance analysis, broad knowledge and understanding of financing and auditing and good sense of business and operations

? Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence, enabling him to influence and drive multi-disciplinary teams

? Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
