苏州园区一欧美企业委托猎头招聘：
要求：5年以上自动化工程师岗位经验，熟悉PLC编程，对自动化生产线及非标自动化生产线的调试与安装有丰富经验。
英语熟练,具备与外籍人员一起沟通工作的能力。
JD:
To ensure that OEE for automation equipment or line meet internal and external(customer) target through
-Defining a proactive preventative maintenance program by working together with maintenance team.
-Analyze the efficiency date and consequently leading and discuss the solution for improvement.
-Educating technicians/operators of appropriate operations the equipment and line to minimize the stoppage
-Optimizing the process by setting up in a LEAN way to eliminate the wastage.
To continuous reduce the scarp from automation equipment & line by optimizing machine or line setups/operation parameters.
Participate the root cause analysis for customer complaint as automation expert, give the expertise opinion for automation equipment and line on how the defects produced, what can be improved to stop of producing the defects.
Organize appropriate resources to complete the assigned project according to project time schedule.
Effective communication either internal – related function or external – customer /supplier required to help resolve the technical problem occurred in production line.
