岗位职责：

1.负责物业宾客、员工及设施的安全保卫工作。

2.加强岗位周边巡查，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。
3.疏导指挥过往车辆及安全停放，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，正门车道畅通无阻。
4.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
5.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序执行安全和紧急事件处理，并及时请示汇报。

工作要求：

1.有保安工作经验一年以上。

2.有酒店工作经验优先。

3.有消防培训或保安上岗优先。
