Objective:Mornitoring project statu, analysis project risk, estimate project cost. Setup new project and maintain datas in ERP system. Coordinate with Purchasing to follow up the situation of Cost/Budget. Precisely report projects' overall situation to Controlling Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Is able to do precise predictions of expected cost of sales for the projects, forecast of potential risk of project and the influence.
预估可能发生的项目成本,评估项目的潜在风险及其影响。

2.Is able to negotiate smaller items of a +/- list with the system partner of the project (if given)
与杜尔集团内其他公司间商讨项目的增减费用

3.Is able to check offers from suppliers versus budgets given by project controlling
核对供应商报价与项目原始预算之间的出入，并确认价格是否合理。

4.Is able to exchange information with e.g. Material Handling Department in order to evaluate supplier claims risk exposure
与物料部门及时了解项目所需增加的工作量, 及时调整项目预期增加费用。

5.Is able to prepare a project to be ready for SAP upload and coordinates the upload with relevant departments.
把项目财务数据完整准确地录入SAP，并及时更新和维护。

6.Is able to find out reasons for budget/offer deviations based on material type, material weight and unit prices
根据材料种类，重量，数量及技术要求等，找出预算和成本间产生误差的原因。

7.Ablility to settle budget arguments with DSDE and DSCN project managers and Proposal Department
能够独立主持与德国杜尔，中国杜尔项目经理和规划部门之间的项目预算讨论会

8.Is able to handle a bigger amount of projects
能够有条理的处理大规模项目的预算与成本的核算工作

Job Requirments:

1.College or higher,Preferred but not limited to: Mechnical engineer, electrical engineer,At least 2 years expe-
rience as project manager or coordinator,Preferred but not limited
to: Financial, purchasing working experience

2.Logical thinking and ability to analyse financial data
具有良好的逻辑思考能力和财务数据分析能力

3.prepares data in a MS Excel in a form that makes other people
undestand the content easily

4.Ability to translate technical information into financial statements
能够将技术信息转换成财务数据

5.Efficient communication with related departments and project team

6.Very accurate working with figures, data and files
计算，数据和文档准确无误

7.Independent and self driven working style to solve open questions

8.Fluent in English written and spoken;MS Office, especially MS Excel; can operate SAP on an advanced level.
