Position: Assistant Marketing Specialist - Beijing

Client Summary:
Our client is a design consultancy devoted to the complete design and development services for all types of vehicles sold in China. The team is comprised of over 300 top designers and engineers both here and abroad who have a rich history and experience in advanced design and engineering.

Key Objectives:
- To ensure the proper implementation of marketing planning.
- Brand analysis follow-up on sub-projects randomly.
- Support marketing strategy/planning report development.
- Will interact with multiple teams, as well as strategy team members.
- Responsible for marketing research.

Major Responsibilities:
- Marketing planning for brand level analysis, product & client analysis.
- Launch coordination among different launch teams; make overall control of the progress and quality.
- Develop marketing strategy & marketing planning related report.
- Budget planning for marketing activities.
- Market research, i.e. customer study, market intelligence, brand monitor, mystery shopping, etc.
- Corporate identity development, promotion campaign, events and other marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with sophisticated communication.
- ‘Office’ software skills / ‘Graphic software’ skills.
- Knowledge of auto industry and automobile product.
- Knowledge of market research.
- Skills with sales analysis.
- Competency of Strategic thinking.
- Proficient English in reading, listening, and writing.
- Open minded and easy going.
- Ability to face heavy workload, time pressure and challenges.
- Ability of problem solving and conflict management.
- Likes team work.
- Driving license and capable of driving.
