岗位职责：
1.寻找和开拓有效的招聘渠道；
2.通过各种招聘渠道搜集合适候选人资源，及时有效的为各需求部门推荐合适候选人；
3.熟悉一线员工的招聘渠道和流程；
4.公司人员入离职手续办理；
5.员工档案的更新及维护。


任职要求：
1.2年以上企业招聘工作经验，服务行业和制造业招聘经验；
2.具有丰富的招聘渠道开发和资源管理经验；
3.掌握较好的面试技巧，能吃苦耐劳；
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力；
5.熟练使用办公室软件，如EXCEL、WORD、PPT等；
