PURPOSE of POSITION

To supply our customers with new innovation products on time and in
full, at the targeted and defined quality levels, at the quickest speed to
market within the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
Responsible to develop a project Charter for every new project,
clearly showing the main milestones and Gates, the deliverables, clearly
identifying the Project Team, the Launch success criteria, etc…

2.
Manage the interface between Operations and all support groups in
the NPD process.

3.
Manage and update the CPS on weekly
basis

4.
Organize and Lead weekly project follow up meeting with key
stakeholders. To involve Management of
Key stakeholder, in monthly meetings

5.
To report the progresses to Management on a weekly basis , and
immediately in case of an alert that could compromise the meeting of final dead
line

6.
Is Accountable in case final Dead line are not met, due to poor
coordination and management of the project

7.
Must be informed ,in first instance, of any issue that can impact
the time line ; Is responsible to initiate and coordinate actions that will
enable quick and durable resolution of the encountered issue. Should leverage
his peers, subordinates and Managers as appropriate.

8.
Manages CPS and align business team on initiative(or/promotions)
choices

9.
Owns Gate process and is responsible for the Gate discipline action
plan

10. Lead the multifunctional
initiative project teams for brand and deliver excellence against initiative
success criteria

11. Owns the Market success criteria (Service, cost, etc…) for 3 Months
after the Launch date

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in management
or economics

2. 2-5year experience in
supply Chain in FMCG；

3. 2-3 year above experience
in new product development area

4. Good computer skill,
include Project, Excel and Powerpoint；

5. Project management
experience；
