Job description
1. Responsible for construction plan in cooperation with the Civil construction Manager.
2. Responsible for erection work, schedule, costs and resources.
3. Responsible for supervising erection work.
4. Responsible for contract agreements at site within agreed authorities.
5. Prepare purchases in a separately agreed scope following process and structural design together with civil design/construction manager and MEI design Engineer
6. Responsible for own area documentation material
7. Organize and supervise work safety operations in the area and coordinate safety activities within his area of responsibility.
8. Priorities, focus, delegate and manage his own subordinates of professionals in a cross culture environment.
9. Ensure that all necessary checks have been performed by inspectors and surveyors.
10. Ensure that the erection works are built to drawings, specifications, applicable standards.
11. Shall set up and run weekly meeting together with responsible Area Manager
12. Plan and participate in the hand over & commissioning for the area of responsibility.
13. Ensure needed resources are obtained to carry out the work
14. Supervise own resources and monitor supplier’s erection team.

Requirements
1. University degree in the area
2. Good communication skills in oral and written English
3. Relevant experience in the field with large Projects
4. Ability to supervise consultants/ experts to expected outcome
5. Local knowledge
6. Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team and cross cultural environment
7. Problem solving capacity
8. Ability to work under pressure
