Qualification Required:
-Bachelor degree or above in polymer science, chemical engineering or chemistry
-Good communication and business development skill
-Good command of English in writing and speaking
-Self-motivated personality for learning new things
-Willing to travel frequently
-Capable of working independently with customers

Experience Expected:
-Around 3 years sales experience in polymer industry or related field
-Working experience in anti-oxidant is preferred
-Working experience in AO market is preferred

Job Duties:
Achieve the sales objective within the products range in the signed area, pursue sales leads, promote products, develop new customers and supply market information to sales manager with the objective to realize sales target defined in the yearly target agreement.
-Promote new products and grow the sales of plastic additives in existing customers
-Explore new customers and new markets of which products he/she is responsible for
-Collect related market intelligence and competitors' activities and give feedback to business line heads
-Implement local or regional sales strategies in China
-Customer AR collection
