Responsibilities:
1. Manage the team to drive revenue and meet sales target.
2. Work closely with both the technical departments and VICO China
3. Provide feedback about the market situation, development and evolution to headquarters. Participate in the annual sales forecast, marketing activities such as marketing events, PWRS, etc.
4. Developing and managing sales plan and evaluation, Continually evaluate market and competition and provide respective information to management;
5. Maintain a high customer satisfaction ratio
6. Manage showroom up to VICO retail standard and requirements
Qualification Required:
1. University Graduate.
2. Good of English Speaking and Writing.
3. Integrity, hard work and talented.
4. Good interpersonal skills
Experience Expected:
1. More than 5 years working experience in the international car sales
2. Understand the whole procedure of the imported car sales
3. Experience in managing the sales team for luxury car sales
4. Understand the philosophy of premium brand and communicate with whole VICO organization
5. Enough analytical skill and competence in handling fluctuating market
