University degree, major in management or marketing
At least 5 years solid retail management experience, including in luxury or other apparel industry working experience.

1. Familiar with each operational process for retail store, be able to set up a new store independently and complete all preparation issues for the new store;
2. Strong communication skills;
3. Good Financial knowledge;
4. Good computer skills
5. Good English comprehension.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Finance:Be responsible for the P&L of the business. Control all relevant cost and organize yearly budget.
Marketing:Be responsible marketing and brand development for Porsche Design in the designated area. Make marketing plan. Organize and execute marketing events and activities.
Product Training :Communicate and distribute all product launch/training materials to retail

Staff Review and update the requirement and criteria in staff recruitment standard:Recruit, appraise and provide succession planning to the frontline staff
Shop Administration:Prepare sufficient report.Monthly evaluate on staff leave and over-time work status and arrange balance clearance
Others:Follow-up project assigned.
