Qualification Required:
Diploma holder preferably in Electrical/Building Services/Environmental discipline

Experience Expected:
3 years solid experience in diesel engine application

Job Duties:
To back up technically the business for John Deere
To coordinate with target business partners

Main Tasks:
To work primarily in promoting John Deere solution in PRC
To coordinate with John Deere in the technical issues
To help building up customer relationship and training for customers
To ensure smooth project procurement
To ensure quality service for customers
To help implementing departmental strategy particularly in achieving the goal of business growth
To ensure satisfaction level of both principals and customers
To help implementation of the distributor structure

Knowledge and skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Good technical background with diesel engine application
Aggressive, willing to participate in starting business from scratch
Pleasant, Willing to grow with the company
