Qualifications资格:
? Education - high school, undergraduate, graduate or above
? Computer Skills - Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, ppt) Internet, online purchasing, other additional training is encouraged, but not mandatory
? Language - The ability to read and write emails in English is important. Reading, writing, speaking, listening, and experience in Mandarin Chinese and English are required for this position.
Responsibilities职责:
? Assist the manager in day-to-day responsibilities (on a as needs basis).
? Sample Flow (40%)
o Learn, know, and understand the down and fabric testing technicalities.
o Perform every task in the sample flow processes (e.g. check-in and take pictures of samples, etc.).
o Coordinate samples with Laboratory.
o Handle the shipping and receiving of samples.
? Customer Service (30%)
o Communicate with and serve clients regarding their requests.
o Respectfully answer phone calls and accurately reply to emails.
o Every day, the email inbox must be emptied.
? Sample collection, bail locking, and monitoring (10%)
o Learn the standard operating procedures of how to perform each task.
o Frequently perform sample collection, bail locking, and container monitoring requests.
o Coordinate with CIQ staff to do every request.
o Fill out reports and send to clients.
? Sales & Marketing (10%)
o Contacting new / potential clients and sending marketing materials.
o Sending sales & marketing follow-up emails.
o Do client phone calls, visits, etc.
? Other Projects (on a as needs basis).
The Customer Service Representative is the person that is ultimately responsible for making sure clients are served and satisfied. This will include everything from actually handling samples to answering emails and phone calls.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative also needs to be proactive in our growing sales and marketing efforts.

A candidate for this position should be able to work under the following types of work environment: minimal supervision, problem solver, high stress, multi-tasker, capable of handling stress, familiar and able to interpret testing methods, knowledge of complex laboratory techniques; able to use testing equipment; and demonstrate effective human relations and effective communication skills.

? Work hours are typically 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but IDFL may ask you may need to stay longer some days with short notice because IDFL expects you to work until completion.

? Flexibility in time, requirements, and scheduling.
