Job Description
To provide high quality consulting services including market analysis and development feasibility studies for Chinese and international clients
To develop business opportunities for Strategic Consulting amongst existing and new clients across China
To develop a constructive working relationship with personnel in the firm’s other business units
To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting
The Successful Applicant
Likely to have over 2 years experiences in a consulting environment, and been engaged in a variety of property and/or corporate consulting assignments
Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: major development projects; property development consulting or feasibility analysis
Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin
Proven high level of initiative and ability
Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Urban Planning, Architecture, or Commerce graduate desirable
