Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Set up & improve manufacturing processes, layouts, equipment and techniques;
建立和改进制造工艺流程、场地平面布置图、设备及相关技术;
Generate & Manage machining process-WI, Improve process efficiency, reduce production cost, Increase quality level by developping/introducting new production technology;
负责机加工工艺文件的编制和管理，开发新工艺，以提高生产效率、降低成本，提高产品质量;
Design & Develop fixtures、cutter、tool、apparatus for machinning process;
设计开发机加工所需工装夹具、刀具、设备等过程工艺装备;
Participate in design review,communicate & cooperate with relative deps.to realize DFX suggestion;
负责图纸的工艺性审查，及时与相关部门沟通，提出改进建议;
Regularly train the operators, find out & solve process/quality troubles、hidden risks, reduce potential risk;
定期开展生产人员岗位培训，及时解决生产过程中的工艺及质量问题及潜在问题；
Participate in various new projects including process/equipment improvement projects as machinning expert;
作为机加工工艺工程师参与各种项目管理、追踪等，包括新产品，工艺改进及设备改进；
Operator-skill management;
车间员工技能管理。

Hard Skills required:
Be skillful with MS-software, MasterCam/Cimatrion/UG/CATIA or other similar software,Project,
Deep knowledge of Machinning technology/process
Able to set up machinning process/program for various different parts which involves CNC machinning center
Able to use various tools, like Minitab/DOE and so on to analysis/solve machining issues
Basic English in both oral and writing
Basic understanding of ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14000

Soft Skills required:
1. Self-motivated pro-active team worker. 
2. Innovative and creative mindset with excellent technical skills,have the ability to think out of the box
in the field of machinning tech.
3. Motivated to solve machining challenges, resulting into innovative solutions

Additional Skills required:
Solid knowledge in Michenical and advanced mathematics
Solid knowledge in Machining technology
