This position is a full time technical role of all IT systems and infrastructure, including data, voice and end-user systems and IT equipment, as a member of an international team located in China (Hangzhou).

Responsibilities

Responsible for the professional level support, installation and maintenance of all IT systems, including Voice/video,desktop/laptops,cabling,networking,Storages,servers,as well as virtual system, which will at least include the tasks of the installation and configuration of the new softwares/hardwares,and maintenance of the existing systems and equipments;
Responsible for the administration of the IT applications and the related software/hardware platform;
Responsible for the application data backup and restore;
Responsible for monitoring the health of all IT systems, as well as overall data system and audio/video system;
Inventory Maintenance;
Provide 1-level and 2-level support for all end users;
Administrate physical office facilities maintenance;

Qualifications

3-7 years of recent, hands-on experience in all phases of IT support and operations. And strong trouble-shooting and problem-analysis skills in IT Infrastructure areas;
Good team work and ability to work independently;
Can speak English and good written English;
Excellent customer service attitude;
Also have the ability to work well with others under stressful conditions, promptness and an ability to work non-standard hours is a must;
Willingness to grow both technical and English skills are a must;
Familiar with Desktop technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Windows 7/XP, Antivirus, VPN clients, IT peripherals, cabling and etc;
Familiar with Cisco networking, ASA Firewall/VPN, Fortigate Firewall,etc;
Familiar with Dell Physical Servers, etc;
Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V, etc;
Rich experience in Microsoft 2003/2008 server architecture and service including Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, ISA, etc;
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 installation and administration;
Knowledge of with RedHat/CentOS 5 System Administration;
Familiar with Altigen PBX or other PBX system will be a plus;
Knowledge of with solutions of storage, virtualization, iSCSI/SAN, backup and disaster recovery;
Knowledge of information security processes and controls.
Technical Fit Requirements
Microsoft XP and Windows 7;
Microsoft Windows 2008 Server;
Microsoft applications (SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.);
Microsoft Outlook, Exchange 2010;
Network routers/firewalls (preferably Cisco and Fortinet);
VPN architectures;
Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting and Maintenance;
LaserJet, InkJet, KONICA MINOLTA Copier/Printer maintenance;
Computer-based trouble ticketing systems;
PBX and VoIP experience;
Familiarity with UNIX administration is a plus.

Education/training

Bachelor or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline;
Microsoft(MSCE,MSTIP) and Cisco (CCNA,CCNP) certificate are preferred;
Any other vendor A+ Certifications (Dell, IBM, etc.).
