主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1.负责供应商的评估及商务认定；
Responsible for vendor evaluation and commercial qualification.
2.负责与供应商价格的谈判和合同的审核；
Responsible for price negotiation and supplier contract establishment.
3.负责供应商的日常管理与考核；
Responsible for vendor rating and review vendor performance, improve vendor management.
4.负责物料成本降低计划；
Setup materials cost reduction planning;
5.负责协调解决供应商与公司之间的各类问题；
Coordinate and handle any issues between suppliers and internal company.
6.负责供应商不合格品的处理工作；
Work out with suppliers to handle unqualified materials process.
7.制订并审核采购流程都符合质量体系的要求,并做好相关记录;
Prepare and review purchasing policy with quality system requirements and make records;
任职条件Qualifications:

任职条件Qualifications:
Graduates of university degree;
具有2年以上的相关手工具，园林工具，汽车附件产品公司工作经验；
The above of 2 years of relevant work experience in Hand Tools/GARDEN TOOLS/Car Accessories field;
掌握基本的产品,物资采购知识,了解物料的规格和要求:
具有2年以上的相关手工具，园林工具，汽车附件产品公司工作经验；

Master basic knowledge of products and material purchasing and know about materials specification and requirement具有较强的英语和计算机应用能力,英语四级以上；
Strong application ability of English and computer;At least pass ETC-4.
具备较强的工作主动性,良好的沟通和协作能力。
Strong initiative in work and good communication and coordinating ability.

机械类专业优先考虑。
Diploma or degree in Machinery is preferred。
