1、熟练操作Photoshop、Indesign、Illustrator等主流平面设计工具。
2、设计类专业专科或以上学历
3、重注现代、独创能力。了解品牌设计流程，能辅助品牌设计师执行品牌设计，独立完成整套包装的创意设计，清晰掌握包装等平面设计的流程，并能清晰阐述作品创造想法。
4、团队意识强，善于学习和沟通，人品重于作品。
5、具备良好的职业素养，能承受一定的工作压力。
