阿蒂仙之香为高级香氛鉴赏家而诞生，是与26位以上调香师合作，以大胆精神与严谨工艺奏响自然嗅觉乐章。
自1976年起， Jean Laporte 秉承着对香水的拓新愿景汲取自然灵感，让阿蒂仙之香如梦诞生，他仿佛一位花语绘香的故事家，在香氛作品中拥有大胆的想象力。
工作说明：
一、货品管理
1.根据货品的结构,控制货品存量,及时调整货品结构,保持货品齐全
2.明确每日销售主题，及时跟进
3.掌握专店的销售动态和库存情况，及时补充货源并向公司建议新品引进与库存处理，协助财务做好每月的盘点工作
4.来货验收，及时组织人员上柜入库
二．员工管理
1.指导新进员工对顾客服务的热忱、改善员工的工作表现
2.激励员工的士气，调整员工的精神，严肃专卖店纪律
3.处理好员工之间的协调工作，加强团队合作精神
4.综合评估员工日常工作表现，作为店员晋升的标准
三．货场管理
1.货品陈列整齐充足，配合活动主题
2.根据商品销售走势,及时灵活安排人员调整卖场
3.及时维护和检查广告宣传用品的使用标准情况
4.店堂氛围的营造，灯光、音乐等的控制情况
四．其他
1.店铺和商场的相关数据的分析
2.与团队、公司及商场间保持良好的沟通
任职资格：
1.有化妆品、奢侈品、珠宝等工作经验，独立门店管理的工作能力
2.勤奋努力的工作的态度
3.有较强的细节管理能力
4.强烈的工作稳定性
