Maintain up-to-date the E&C CHINA Integrated Management System that consolidates the requirements from ISO standard and Air Liquide Management system
Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by leading / coordinating internal process audits
Actively follow-up the treatment of actions and observations identified during internal audits.
Manage system non-conformities, lead preparation and validation of related Root Cause Analysis and Preventive/Corrective Actions
Manage the list of Process owners and periodically audit the process key indicator(s).
Organize, prepare and participate to external audits (certification bodies, clients..)
Support the preparation of Company Management Reviews
Coordinate with HSES department the execution of audits linked with Management System (OHSAS, ISO14000)

Qualification
College or above degree in Engineering or other related major
5 years or more ISO9001 quality management experiences
Strong knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Qualified Internal Auditor & experience in conducting audit (Quality System, Process audit).
English fluent
Good office software / IT skills
Good communication ability and teamwork spirit
Proficient in conducting Root Cause Analysis and other Quality tools (8D, 6SIGMA..)
