*Responsible for optimizing customer processes and conditions while providing education to external customers on how to run our TPEs and relevant polymer materials.
*Tooling design and flow modeling.
*Troubleshoot issues that are raised by the customer.
*May be accountable for or participate in the resolution of customer complaints.
*May also be responsible for developing a new application or product launch testing plan and procedure, and communication of results.
*Three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.
*Participate in development of new applications, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
*Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating our products and services into customer applications.
* Participates in resolution of customer complaints/issues.
* May require travel trips in China mainland.
* Mold/tooling design capability will be a plus.
* Mold flow analysis capability will be a plus.
* Polymer material compounder working experience will be a plus.

Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in chemistry, polymer, tooling or related
*Minimum 3 years experience in technology/R&D roles in chemical/tooling Industry
*Language skills: good English skills in writing and speaking
