85Fully responsible for the overall school accounting, bookkeeping, monthly closing, and financial reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
85Provide financial analysis of various kinds of financial data, including the performance of the department and prepare a cost-benefit analysis for decision-making.
85Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulatory requirements and carry out compliance audits as needed.
85Statistic reports and other government required reports.
85Bank reconciliation and account analysis to ensure an accurate accounting result. Review P/L result with the finance manager on a monthly basis.
85 Assist the finance manager with annual budget work.
85Set up an accounting system with continuous improvement on enhancing accounting and analysis reports.
85Co-ordinate with external and internal auditors.
85Manage and monitor cash flow and forecasting.
85Cooperate with AR on the billing process and deposit refunds.
85Effectively lead a sizable team.
85Actively participate in any related training held by the department.
