We are looking for a Sourcing talent to be our Sourcing Specialist in Outdoor category. This role will be the key player in designated category to establish and develop procurement relations and sourcing strategies to deliver a long term and sustainable competitive advantage; expand the supplier network by identifying and initiating business with both current and new low cost, innovative China based suppliers, while at the same time maintaining the highest levels of product quality, cost effectiveness and customer service.

【岗位职责】
Responsibilities:
1. A key participant of the sourcing project from starting to end, including sourcing products and suppliers globally, collecting relevant data to formulate sourcing proposal, negotiate price based on abundant information, manage initial order execution and resolve related issues on a timely and proactive manner.
采购项目的主要参与人员，包括在全球范围内采购产品和开发供应商、收集相关数据以制定采购方案、在充分的信息基础上协商价格、管理初始订单并及时主动地解决相关问题。
2. Conduct supplier assessment and management, monitor supplier performance, on boarding supplier to meet and follow company policies and requirements.
进行供应商评估和管理，监控供应商绩效，引导培训供应商，使其满足并遵守公司政策和要求。
3. Communicate regularly with merchandising, private brand, order, quality, etc. team on sourcing and order execution issues.
就采购和订单执行问题定期与销售、自有品牌、订单、质量等团队沟通。
4. Work with Quality, Compliance, Design & Packaging, Responsible Sourcing and PO & Logistics team to ensure that the production, testing and shipment procedures are carried out smoothly and in compliance.
与质量、合规、设计和包装、责任采购团队以及订单部门合作，确保产品的生产、测试和出货都顺畅合规地进行。
5. Prepare Regular Reports to keep sourcing manager well informed of status of key ongoing and all upcoming programs.
定期报告，使采购经理充分了解进行中的主要项目以及所有即将开展的项目的状态。
6. Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
根据需要或指示承担额外责任并执行特殊项目。

【岗位要求】
About You:
1. Minimum bachelor degree and over 1 years' work experience in sourcing industry.
本科及以上学历，1年以上采购行业工作经验。
2. Highly skilled in written and verbal communication in English
英语熟练，口语流利。
3. A strong capability for gap analysis, planning and priority setting
有较强的分析能力和计划性。
4. Strong interpersonal / communication skills
有较强的沟通、交流能力。
5. Good computer skills including all Microsoft office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT). Experience in ERP system (like SAP) is a plus
熟练操作电脑，善于使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件，有ERP(如SAP)使用经验者尤佳。
6. Possess excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and result driven.
具备优秀的组织能力，注重细节和结果。
7. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
能够独立工作，同时处理多个任务。
8. Willing to travel.
愿意出差。
9. Experience in a sizable sourcing office for overseas retailer is preferred.
有海外零售商采购工作经验者优先。
10. Knowledge in outdoor products is highly regarded
有户外产品知识者优先。
11. Familiar with Australia market/standard is a plus.
熟悉澳大利亚市场/标准者尤佳。
