职位描述
As an Analyst Industrial Designer, you will support efforts to understand emerging trends, seek out real-life
insights, and create design solutions that will impact experiences for the next generation of home appliances.
Day to Day
● Create assets ranging from conceptual sketches, CAD models, physical prototypes, and high quality
renderings/animations to communicate design intent.
● Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure the successful implementation of the design team's concepts.
Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturers and the industrial design team, facilitating clear and
effective communication across our North American and Chinese offices.
● Work with a variety of process partners to gain an understanding of marketing strategies, manufacturing
requirements, and engineering constraints.
● Work with design specialists in graphic design, CMF, UI/UX, usability, and craftsmanship to create fully
immersive experiences.
● Create compelling presentations to effectively convey design concepts to manufacturers and internal
process partners.
Requirements for the Role
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited school
● 1-4 years professional design experience in a corporate or consultant environment
● 3D Computer modeling skills with programs such as Solidworks / Rhino
● Rendering skills with programs such as Keyshot
● Strong project management and planning skills
● Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication
across different disciplines
● Strong decision-making abilities and self-motivation, strong time management skills
● Strong visual communication skills
● Ability to adapt design intent through the development process
● The ability to communicate fluently in English
