职位描述
1.协助团队进行数据的预处理，包含：数据清洗，数据检查，包括离线和实时数据处理，海量数据处理。建立一套自动化的，标准的企业数据预处理流程。

Assist the team in data pre-processing, including: Data cleansing, data quality check, including offline and real-time data processing, and mass data processing. Establish an automated, standard data preprocessing processes.

2.数据治理，与业务部门一起，梳理企业的数据资产，和企业数据闭环。实施数据资产及数据闭环的建设，如协助公司的数据平台的设计，开发等。

Data governance, together with the business unit, carding the data assets and the data loop of the enterprise. Take part in the Implementation of data assets and data loop, such as design and development of the data platform.

3.和各业务部门进行沟通、梳理业务痛点，将业务痛点转换为数据理解，探索多种算法来解决业务问题。主动创新，探索前沿的机器学习方法并应用到实际业务中，提升效率。

Communicate with various business departments, convert business pain points into data understanding, and explore varieties of AI algorithms to solve business problems. Actively innovate, explore cutting-edge machine learning methods and apply them to practical business, enhance the digital transformation.

4.建立数据应用科学评价体系、应用机器学习、深度学习等数据模型对业务景进行统计分析、聚类分析、异常检测、及回归预测。

Establish data application science evaluation system, apply machine learning, in-depth learning and other data models to carry out statistical analysis, cluster analysis, anomaly detection and regression prediction.

职位要求
1. 硕士以上学历，专业计算机科学、数学、物理、或工程相关专业等理工科专业。Master degree or above, major in computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering related majors

2.1-3年数据分析与挖掘经验，会使用主流大数据工具，如Hadoop，Clickhourse，spark，Flink。1-3 years of experience in data analysis and mining, able to use mainstream big data tools, such as Hadoop, Clickhouse, spark and Flink

3、熟悉理解主流机器学习算法，逻辑回归，kmeans，朴素贝叶斯，决策树，随机森林，xgboost... .Familiar with mainstream machine learning algorithms, logistic regression, kmeans, naive Bayes, decision tree, random forest, xgboost

4、理解能够应用主流机器学习即数据处理框架 numpy, sklearn, pandas,pytorch, tensorflow.

5、有基于业务输入进行数据分析、算法建模的相关经验。Experience in data analysis and algorithm modeling based on business input.

6、有较强的沟通能力及团队协作能力；Strong communication skills and teamwork skills;
