职位描述
工作职责:
1）评估业务运营、项目和订单的出口管制合规性 （Evaluate business operations，opportunities and initiative from trade compliance perspectives)
2) 规划开发合规解决方案与流程 ，优化公司全球出口管制合规体系，（Develop compliance solutions and processes, optimize global export control compliance program)
3）协调相关业务部门落地合规机制，提供合规培训和咨询，协助设计落实整改措施， （Coordiante business units to implement compliance management process, Provide training and advice, desgin and support improvement actions)
4）协调和配合外部律师 (Coordinate and support outside counsel)
5）完成主管交付的其他工作 （s67upport any other67 ad-hoc project67s67 as 67assigned）
任职资格:
岗位要求：
1) 本科以上学历，法律相关专业或财务等专业但具备合规工作经验的人员（ Bachelor Degree or above. Degree holder in Law preferred, or Degree in Finance, or related disciplines with compliance working experience）
2) 3年以上工作经验，包含不少于1年公司法务合规审计经验，有ICT行业从业经验者优先（minimum 3 years experiences, with at least 1 years in compliance, global trade or related function, experince in ICT industry is a plus)
3）中英文读写能力优秀，分析及数据处理能力突出者优先 (Excellecent writing in both Mandarin and English, Good analysis and data processing is a plus
4）法学功底/合规分析能力突出，具备国际视野，具备国际视野 (Good legal background or good compliance analysis with global perspective )
