职位描述
工作内容：
1. 及时更新系统信息，确保系统信息完整有效
2. 熟练掌握业务系统的使用方法并及时解决用户部门对于系统的使用问题
3. 跟踪系统使用的报错场景并协助解决系统异常问题，确保部门内部数字化平台和工具的正常运行
4. 监控系统的异常风险，完善系统功能，提高系统运行效率
5. 收集整理各类系统运维过程中的文档，包括发布更新文档，配置变更文档，故障报告文档等
Responsibilities:
1. Update valid and correct information into system timely
2. Proficient in the use of business systems and solve users’ problems concerning system operations
3. Track and support to solve system error and warning to ensure the function of digital tools
4. Monitor the risk of system abnormality and improve the system tolerance and efficiency
5. Write and archive the documents in the operation and maintenance process of systems, including the release of system update documents, configuration change documents, system malfunction report, etc
岗位要求：
1. 熟练掌握Power BI，PowerQuery等数据可视化软件
2. 能够使用SQL语言，有Oracle数据库经验, 熟悉Python,JS,Java脚本
3. 有独立分析，定位和解决问题的能力
4. 具有良好的沟通能力，可以准确判断并帮助用户解决问题
Qualification Requirements:
1. Proficient in SQL and have experience in Oracle; familiar with python, JS, Java script
2. Proficient in use of Power BI, Power Query
3. Analyze and solve problems independently
4. Have good communication skills, accurately judge and help users solve problems
