Sales – Sales growth and profits
? Set monthly/yearly sales target and relevant plan to better improve customers’ values and profits.
? Clarify the operation requirements according to the strategies.
? Predict marketing trend by analyzing reports and data and learning the economies home and aboard.
? Ensure all strategies and procedures related to sales operate successfully.
Customers – Create delicate experiences.
? Ensure unique experience of every customer. Be enthusiastic about providing services and improving the experience.
? Deal with all problems and complaints immediately and efficiently and make improvement.
? Stay connected with customers and discover their needs actively. Maintain solid relationship with them.
Partners – Direction and engagement
? Create clear targets and lead members to make them come true.
? Discover and develop potential member.
? Engage members to realize higher target, empower members and manage performance problem professionally.
? Ensure decent looking and expertise at any time.
Operation – Quality and improvement
? Ensure regulated display, safety of products and neat store environment.
? Ensure the circulation of products. Pay full attention to the existing stock and its accuracy.
? Sustain every improvement policy and give timely feedback to company.
? Stay connected with malls and each department of company. Seek for the improvement chances constantly.
? Be open to any feedback and suggestion. Try to increase the profits by improving constantly.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years' experience of outlet store management
Candidates with luxuries/cases/bags sales experience are preferred.
Good at team management and team motivation.
Good at communication, can maintain good relationship with the shopping mall.
Good at analysing data and have clear logic ability.
Experience in CRM, be practical and goal oriented.
