工作职责：
1.根据产品规格标准，制定IC产品测试需求、测试方案，编写FT/CP测试规范；
2.开发、调试FT/CP相关的测试程序、ATE测试板、Probe Card等，优化测试程序，使测试稳定性、一致性及测试时间达到预期目标，并编写相关技术文档；
3.指导外协测试厂相关工程师，解决生产过程中遇到的问题，保证量产顺利进行；
4.对量产测试不断优化提升良率、效率、测试覆盖率；
5.对客户反馈产品进行分析验证、提供测试数据及产品测试表现。
岗位要求：
1.电子工程相关专业本科三年以上IC测试工作经验，或硕士两年以上相关工程经验；
2.熟悉测试流程，熟悉C/C++编程语言，精通测试方案设计及ATE测试程序开发；
3.熟悉Accotest、S100等测试机台；
4.具备PCB硬件设计等相关经验，熟练使用常用的测试仪器，如万用表、示波器、 逻辑分析仪等；
5.具备电机驱动IC和电源管理IC产品测试经验的优先；
6.良好的独立工作能力、责任心强, 善于沟通，富于团队合作精神。
