Responsibilities:

·        Monitor each on-site shipment handling, including shipping document preparation, truck booking, scheduling, and shipping in system.

·        Monitor factory supply chain operation status, including production output status, all material’s supply status. Recognize supply risk & coordinate resources to eliminate the risk.

·        During project development phase, lead factory to design internal and external supply chain process including material supply, package design, warehouse management process, transportation proposal & lead to design delivery package according to customer requirement.

·        During development phase of the project, support sales to evaluate whether factory's quotation on logistics and package cost is reasonable or not.

·        Lead and coordinate factory to self-audit on logistics according to customer requirement. Lead and coordinate factory to pass customer on-site logistics audit.

·        Fully understand PLEX/ERP system running logic. Maintenance part master data, EDI master data. Trouble shooting on EDI release discrepancy and solve it independently. Lead and coordinate EDI connection project between company and customer, between company and supplier.

·        Prepare import and export custom clearance document. Arrange payment of taxes and duties on import shipments. Remind factory Fapiao is issued exactly same as export custom clearance document and support Finance for tax refunds.

·        Monthly check customer receiving report and shipping report in PLEX/ERP to assure no discrepancy. Confirm to Finance to issue Fapiao to customer. Monthly check the receiving report and shipping report in PLEX to assure no discrepancy. Confirm report to factory to issue Fapiao to us company.

·        Compare customer demands, two demands version period including recent two weeks. Communicate with customer about big demand change reason. As support Sales, summarize monthly history shipping and forecast, and compare the monthly summary data to output change trend.

·        Supervisor of company’s on-site logistics colleagues & back-up for them when needed.

Qualifications:

Above College degree in logistics or related.

5-7 years’ working experience as logistics supervisor or manager in supply chain department in factory（automotive field）.

Good command of English & computer operation skills.

Good communication Skills. Good team working spirit and hardworking with honest character.
