Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1.Achieve financial goals relating to product revenue and margin that are aligned with the Company overarching financial goals; while managing expense budget. Develop strategic plans for product and vertical market category.
实现与公司总体财务目标一致的产品收入和利润相关的财务目标;同时管理费用预算。为产品和垂直市场类别制定战略计划。
2.Define product strategy and roadmap; includes new product opportunity assessments and product enhancement recommendations, new product launch, promotion and develop strategies to gain market share. Lead development of nascent products with help of cross functional team.
制定产品战略和路线图;包括新产品机会评估和产品改进建议、新产品发布、推广和制定策略以获得市场份额。在跨职能团队的帮助下,领导新产品的开发。
3.Leads New product development from ideation to launch and post launch field promotion with sales team. Develops and drives new product and market initiatives funnel.
与销售团队一起领导新产品开发,从构思到上市,以及上市后的推广。开发并推动新产品和市场计划。
4.Collects and communicates voice of the customer for product category to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and help develop new initiatives. Conducts and leverages customer/sales analysis, competitive analysis, industry insights, technology trends and other external influences in developing product strategy and roadmap. Reports to executive management on product performance, customer and market trends relating to product.

5.Develops core positioning and messaging for product(s) that align with company Brand and positioning strategy Works closely with Marcomm team to craft the message.

6. Establishes pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
制定定价策略,以实现收入和盈利目标。
7.Develops and implements marketing programs, promotions, sales support and communications material to support efforts in driving product demand. Analyze and report the success/effectiveness of programs.
为推动产品销售制定并实施营销计划、促销、销售支持和宣传资料。分析并报告项目的成功经验。
8. Works collaboratively with engineering, finance, operations and supply chain to drive costs out.
与研发、财务、运营和供应链团队合作,降低成本。
9.Leads training of Sales team both virtually and in person on new products and supports sales team on key national account.
给销售团队做新产品培训,包括线上和线下培训,并对国内重点客户的销售推广和维护给与支持。
10. All other tasks as assigned.

Qualification
任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
商业、工程或相关领域学士学位;MBA优先。
2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a product management role.
至少五年产品管理经验。
3. Working knowledge of products in the building products industry is preferred.
有建筑行业产品工作经验者优先。
4. Experienced in plumbing or commercial restroom products a plus.
有暖通或商用卫生间产品经验者优先。
5. Some sales or field experience is preferable.
有销售或现场经验者优先。
6. Working knowledge of plumbing industry regulatory requirements.
了解水暖行业监管要求。
7. Knowledge of working with community of engineers, designers, and distributor partners is preferable.
有与工程师、设计师和经销商合作的经验者优先。
8. Strong analytical skills with high level understand of business financials.
