职位描述
以业务团队成员身份负责公司法务体系运营、采购合同及部分商标工作。
1. 负责采购合同的起草、修改、审核，参与采购合同的谈判，并能够根据业务需求解决合同谈判中的难点和痛点。
2. 根据公司业务实际需求维护和优化公司级法务制度、规章和流程.
3. 负责法务风控闭环管理工作，发现法律风险并提出解决方案。
4. 审核公司规章制度并确保公司各项送审的规章制度符合法律法规规定。
5. 协助处理部分商标及知识产权业务。
