JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Intern – Support IT & Digital manager to roll-out regular digital newsletters / digital intranet. Working closely with IT team to achieve business targets and develop best-in-class digital experience to user. In addition, this position will be supporting for regional IT support for data, voice, network, servers, printers, IT help desk and collaborating with the internal/external partner on regional needs and support as required.
Job Responsibilities
l Support digital manager to design digital newsletters / digital intranet
l Assist in digital activities, event coordination and ad-hoc tasks
l Collaborates with peers to share knowledge and leverage global digital experience and corporate resources
l Work with the business users and the technical development team to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
l Participate in all phases of IT application project life cycle, i.e., user requirements definition; risk assessment; systems analysis and design activities; application configuration and testing; training and documentation; software package selection and implementation.
l Closely work with IT application and infra team, ensure all the requirements & expectation could be well addressed.
l Put closely eye on main-stream digital platforms and initiate applying trendy playing way in digital communication.
l Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure program success
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
l Bachelor degree or above, ideally IT & digital, PR, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields
l Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practice is a plus.
l Experience in write and publish press releases, newsletters, ads, blogs, and other digital and print materials is a plus.
l Understanding and experience in IT operations and digital transformation project.
l Familiar with design thinking and agile methodology.
l Excellent English skills in both spoken English and written English.
l S/he must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, on-line services.
l Familiar with power platforms (Power BI, Power automate, Power App, Tableau, etc.)
l Willing to work in a fast pace, dynamic and high-pressure working environment while providing timely, effective and accurate deliverables
Other Skills and Personal Attributesl Experience in personal brand operation is preferred, including personal WeChat official account, Weibo, Zhihu, Douban, etc.
l Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral
l Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.
l Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills and is a must.
l Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
l Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)
