Help shape the future: You are responsible for the hardware design, process development, industrialization for Bosch eBike Systems Connected Devices, which are display units, remote units, sensor modules and more for eBikes
Reliable implementation: You coordinate our products in mass production, including trouble shooting, design modification, alternative component change
Structured observation: You do failure analysis of our products in our internal lab or coordinate activities at our external partners
Think holistically: You are responsible for the requirement analysis and you make sure that the product design fulfills the process needs
Conscientiously agree: You approve manufacturing processes and HW components
Take responsibility: You are responsible for conducting design reviews and ensuring development goals
Helping to shape the future: You shape the urban and sportive mobility of the next decade
【任职要求】
Personality: reliable, team player and assertive
Experience and know-how:
- more than 5 years of experience in the hardware design and related industry
- Strong RF R&D background (BT + LTE + GPS is a plus)
- Strong background in antenna, antenna matching, RF efficiency, Return loss, etc.
- Familiar with RF equipment and measurement tools (e.g. spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc)
- Experience in failure analysis
- Experience in EMC suppression (Base band + RF)
- Sound knowledge in automotive standard
- Experience in the management of development and manufacturing partners
- Knowledge in consumer electronics outdoor products or display/ECU/IoT products will be preferred
Enthusiasm: Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master degree) in Hardware design / Electronics Engineering
