Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Be responsible for the inspection of incoming materials and dealing with related quality issues.
负责来料检验事宜和相关质量问题的处理。
2. Be responsible for dealing with supplier quality related issues during the production.
负责处理生产过程中出现的供应商质量相关的问题。
3. Be responsible for dealing with supplier quality issues in customer complaints.
负责处理客户投诉中的供应商质量问题。
4. Visit suppliers or customers to discuss improvement actions of quality issue when needed.
必要时，拜访供应商或客户商讨质量改进措施。
5. Carry out supplier evaluation/auditing when needed.
必要时，进行供应商评估、审核。
6.Provide support to Product Development Team to evaluate the samples, prototypes and the process during the product development stage.
为产品开发部门提供支持，在产品开发阶段评估样品，原型和流程。
7.Support Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer with ISO (International organization for Standardization) 9000 and ISO17025 related activities.

8. Be able to travel as needed.

Qualification
任职资格
1. College education or above in engineering or other relevant majors.
工程或相关专业大专或以上学历。
2. Quality management experience in sanitary ceramic industry is preferred.
具有陶瓷卫浴产品质量管理经验者优先。
3. Three-five years’ experience in a quality department.
具有至少3 - 5年质量部门的工作经验。
4. At least five years’ experience in ceramic product testing and project development.
具有5年以上陶瓷厂产品检测和项目开发的工作经验。
5.Ability to read and interpret product drawings, component drawings, product specifications and technical documentation.
能够看懂产品图纸、零部件图纸、产品规格和技术文件等。
6. Familiar with product assembly knowledge is preferred.
熟悉产品装配知识者优先。
7. Hands on experience and willing to learn.
拥有实践经验，并愿意深入学习。
8. English language skills with basic reading and writing abilities.
