Background：

Boltze Group is an international company founded in Germany since 1964 for creative living decorations, which has more than 300 employees in headquarter located in Hamburg and over 12 representations in Europe. 

Lucky Five is one, under Boltze and assist her Chinese market. Our office is in Hangzhou  since Dec, 2005.  

The linking role of the China HangZhou office is very important. He is not only responsible for communicating with Chinese suppliers, but also with colleagues in various departments in Germany. In order to be able to quickly output in an effective time, improve work efficiency, and promote the smooth flow of internal and inter-departmental communication, we are looking forward to the job of process manager and look forward to developing together.     

Job requirement： 

 1, At least 1 year of process construction and management experience, with successful experience in process system construction or reform 

 2, Priority for foreign trade work, proficiency in English 

 3, Priority for multinational work experience   

Job task: 

1, Smoothly internal and cross-departmental process. 

 2, Fast output of effective time, improve work efficiency. 

 3, Continuous cycle process optimization. 

 4, Use viflow. 

 5, Ask why and bring new ideas.  

 Job target: 

 1, First stage:(Short-term target) 

 a, Understand and sort out the current processes of various departments, and sort out process documents. 

 b, Use viflow to draw detailed flow chart for all departments. 

 c, Have strong logical thinking and understanding skills, asking why ability is necessary. 

 2, Second stage:(Medium-term target) 

 a, Communicate with internal and cross-department. 

 b, Solve current process problems, develop a feasible process ducuments. 

 c, Focus on the running process, evaluate and optimization continuously. 

 3, Third stage:(Long-term target) 

 a, Continuously optimize and control process, make sure it continuous cycle running. 

 b, Create, modify, optimize and release new process according to company's adjustment.

 工作目标： 

 1、***阶段：（短期目标） 

 a、了解并梳理各部门当前流程，整理流程文件。 

 b、使用viflow绘制各部门的详细流程图。 

 c、有较强的逻辑思维和理解能力，必须具备问为什么的能力。 

 2、第二阶段：（中期目标） 

 a、与内部和跨部门沟通。 

 b、解决当前流程问题，制定可行的流程文件。 

 c、关注流程的运行，持续评估和优化。 

 3、第三阶段：（长期目标） 

 a、不断优化和控制流程运行，确保其连续循环运行。 

 b、根据公司的调整，创建、修改、优化和发布新流程。
